Here's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to really get to know Australia's most spectacular river system.

All the history, the personalities and the stories come to life as you cruise from tiny Sackville to the old Macquarie town of Windsor. We'll paddle with the tide via scribbly gum and tall bloodwoods to Cattai National Park for lunch, then through scenic twists and turns until the new bridge at Windsor comes into view. One way paddle. Car shuttle organised. Led by Duncan Johnstone, who has been involved in many Freedom Outdoors paddles over the years and is famous for his Hawkesbury familiarisations. This is the paddle we hoped to do before the floods.
