About The Event
This workshop is for you, whether you are joining us for a week at Ningaloo, a first-timer interested in our day paddles or a regular wishing to refine your technique. Learn forward stroke, steering, correct posture (so your lower back is protected), torso rotation, leg drive, looking after hands and joints, preparing for consecutive day paddles, getting in and out of your boat safely. Self-rescue demonstrated. Led by Cathy Miller and Tony at sheltered Narrabeen Lagoon.
