About The Event

Imagine kayaking some of the most remote beaches on earth, drifting over magnificent coral reefs, visiting uninhabited islands, snorkeling among the manta ray and turtles, discovering small, stilted villages, exploring caves and coves only accessible by kayak … an off-the-tourist-track village with stone pillars, daggers, spearheads and ceramics dating back to the Chinese Bronze Age… the Komodo Dragon, a creature that time seemed to forget.

Freedom Outdoors announces its newest kayaking destination. We are very excited to be going to the UNESCO World Heritage listed Komodo National Park in Indonesia. This island region is beautiful, sheltered and ideal for kayaking. The trip will be led by expert local guides and hosted by Freedom Outdoors Duncan Johnstone, who has run many tours for

us, including Ningaloo and his Hawkesbury series. Come on your own or bring your partner or friends - our groups are great fun.
